In the first part, Mr. Nakajima explained the key points in building a smartphone site, how to use Facebook, how to use Google Analytics, etc., and review the operation system based on the support Actual of sites that generated sales.
In particular, he explained the concept of conversion rate (number of orders ÷ number of accesses), know-how to raise it, differences between EC-CUBE's default function and customization part, etc., according to actual operation.
In the second part, we introduce examples of these initiatives based on interviews with five sites with sales of 250% or more compared to the previous year. How did sales increase? What are the challenges? What did you do to overcome the challenges? How did this lead to sales? We talked about more specific initiatives in various industries.
Finally, we will introduce "what you can do right now without spending money" from among the many examples of initiatives. It was a seminar where visitors could compare their own site with the success site and take home hints for success that can be implemented immediately after returning.
