In the first part, we talked about the latest facebook-related data and trends, future directions from the past and latest acquisition strategies, and trends in overseas / domestic social-commerce.
With both positive and negative data about Facebook and social-commerce flying around, in order to start and succeed social-commerce in-house, (1) you should definitely go if it is feasible with a small investment (2) I mentioned that it is especially important not to ask for short-term CPA (3) to thoroughly implement the PDCA cycle (if it seems to be strict on your own, promote it with your partner).

Part 2 Social Curation Shopping Cart “Teliha Cart”

He talked about the shopping cart "Teliha Cart" developed by the company, which has provided social media support, social-commerce development support, application development support, etc. for more than 50 major companies. He talked in detail about the functions based on the six Japanese purchasing psychology and the specifications that attract customers and increase the purchasing rate. Even in the post-questionnaire, more than half of the respondents wanted to introduce or are considering introducing it, and the content was very successful.
