Error code support

• PO03100005: It is not possible to actual sales transaction processing of the target because it is pre- charged

  対象の取引について既に課金済みとなっているため実売上げは実施できません。
  仮実の運用を実施したい場合は決済取引時に仮実の設定を実施する必要があります。
  マニュアル：API接続仕様書(台湾版)のP9のNo.31追加1のパラメータを設定していただきますようお願いいたします。
  その場合、結果の取引ステータス(status)が5：仮売上で戻ってきますので、その状態の場合に実売上げ処理が実施できる仕様となっております。

• PO01600006: Setting the phone number is invalid

  コンビニ店頭払いの画面で、電話番号（add_info2）が設定されていないと発生します。
  また、テスト環境ではコンビニ決済は接続が可能かまで確認できます。
  コンビニごとの決済ページへはテスト環境では遷移できないため、本番環境でのご確認をお願いいたします。

• PO01600001: Illegal operation was carried out. I hope the settlement again.

  エラーの原因はitem_price（金額）の設定が不正なためです。
  小数点以下が設定されていないかご確認ください。
  例）2.　→2 のみに設定

• PO01500024: Credit card number authentication error. Please type in your Credit card number again.

  クレジットカード番号認証エラーです。再度クレジットカード番号の入力をお願いします。

• PO01500021: There is no payment method that can pay this amount

  通貨コードの設定が誤っている可能性が御座います。
  対応国の通貨に設定されているかご確認をお願いいたします。

• PO01500019: Price designation error

  価格設定エラーです。
  item_priceが円または不正な金額になっているため、再度ご確認ください。

• PO01500009: Selected payment method is not supported by API

  API接続で利用できない決済手段が指定されています。
  APIはクレジットカード決済のみ提供しております。
  本エラーはAPIで利用できない決済方法が選択されているため発生しています。

• PO01500005: Designated language is invalid

  利用言語（lang_id）が""en""（英語）を設定されていないことで発生するエラーです。
  設定のご確認をお願いいたいします。

• PO00100014: There is no payment method that can pay this amount

  指定の金額を支払える決済方法が存在しません。
  決済の上限金額オーバーです。

• PO00100004: Host information of Order information source is not registered

  Z.com Payment管理画面のシステム情報変更（Connection Setup）にて、Host Information (Order Information) オーダー情報発信元ホスト情報が正しく設定されていないためのエラーです。
  CGIマニュアルを参照し、設定してください。
  既に登録されている場合は、正しく設定されていない場合があります。
  数値部分に半角スペースがはいっていないか、複数のIPアドレスを登録している場合は、正しくカンマで区切られているか再度ご確認ください。

• PO00100003: You are not authorized to run this CGI

  This error is due to the fact that the Host Information (Order Information) order information originator host information is not set correctly in the Change System Information (Connection Setup) on the Z.com Payment management screen. Refer to the CGI manual and configure the settings. If it is already registered, it may not be set up correctly. If there are no single-byte spaces in the numeric parts, or if multiple IP addresses are registered, please double-check that they are correctly separated by commas.

• PO00100001: Contract code format error

  こちらはCGI実行時に契約コードが未設定のため起こるエラーです。
  パラメータ送付時に、　contract_code　が正しく設定されているかご確認ください。

• PB00500002: Order number is duplicated

  メールリンク決済利用のorder_numberの重複です。

• LO10200050: Designation of the parameters is invalid

  trans_code設定値の不正が考えられます。
  貴社システム側でtrans_codeの値をURLエンコード等実施して改変していないかご確認お願いいたします。

• LO10200034: Order number is already registered

  order_numberの重複がありました。
  order_numberは加盟店様にてユニークにしていただく必要があります。
  既存の受注に対して金額編集を行うにあたり、1度課金済みになった取引の金額変更は、キャンセルしたとしても同じorder_numberを使用することできません。

• LO10200007: Designation of the order number is invalid

  order_numberの形式チェックのエラーです。
  order_numberをご確認下さい。

• LO10200005: Designation of the product name is invalid

  商品名の指定が異常です。
  商品名をご確認ください。

• LO05500006: You are not authorized to run this CGI

  ・Z.com Payment管理画面のシステム情報変更（Connection Setup）にて、Host Information (Order Information) オーダー情報発信元ホスト情報が正しく設定されていないためのエラーです。
  CGIマニュアルを参照し設定してください。
  ・既に登録されている場合は、正しく設定されていない場合があります。

• LO05500005: Host of Order information source is not registered

• LO05300010: Contract code search error

  正しい契約番号で、正しい接続先に接続しているかご確認ください。
  テスト環境にて本番環境の契約コードは使用できません。
  テスト用契約コードにて実施いただくようお願いいたします。
  また、本番環境にてAPI実施されている場合は、接続先をテスト環境にしていただくようお願いいたします。

• LO03600025: Parameter is invalid

  This error occurs because the CGI parameters are not in the format. Make sure that the parameters follow the format described in the specification. Also, please note that the arrival date (ship_date) must be specified the next day or later.

• LO02600066: Failed to identify the order number. Please check again.

  注文情報が特定できなかった場合のエラーです。
  パラメータとして、契約コード(contract_code)、オーダ番号(order_number)が必要ですが、オーダー番号はZ.com Paymentのオーダー番号を使用してください。
  ※現地決済代行会社のオーダー番号ではありません。

• LO02600008: Designation of the order number is invalid

  Error checking the format of the order_number. Please check the order_number.

• LO01800002: You can not use the member ID with this settlement

  会員ID決済に関するエラーです。
  会員ID決済を利用したい場合、process_code＝2を設定してください。
  ・マレーシアでは会員ID決済を提供していないため、process_code＝1を設定してください。
  ・シンガポールでは、Reddot Paymentが会員ID決済に対応しています。
  正しいst_codeが設定されているかご確認ください。
  Reddot(st_codeに-1-----を設定)

• LO01000059: This card is currently unavailable. Please try again with another card or payment method.

  This card is currently unavailable. Please payment with a different card or payment with another payment method.

• LO01000055: There is a suspicion of fraudulent transactions on NEWEB.

  NEWEB内でのブラックリストに入っているカードが使用されたため、取引がブロックされました。

• LO01000021: Communicating with the card company is timed out. Please try it again or use other payment methods.

  カード会社との通信でタイムアウトしました。
  時間をおいてもう一度決済を行うか、他の決済手段で決済をお願い致します。

• LO01000020: Settlement request error

  通信問題が発生しています。
  再度テストいただくか、引き続きエラーが続く場合は弊社サポート窓口へご連絡ください。

• LO01000013: NEWEB order information acquisition error.

  This error occurs when there is an error in the card information (e.g., the card number contains something other than numbers).
  The card information is not output to the log from the viewpoint of security, so we cannot confirm which part was incomplete.
  Therefore, we would like you to use the following test card.

  セキュリティーコード：123
  また、クレジットカード情報（会員情報）を保存したい会員の場合は初回からprocess_code:2を設定する必要がありますのでご注意ください。

• LO00500065: Time out error

  タイムアウトが発生したため、取引が終了しています。
  弊社サポート窓口へご連絡ください。

• LO00500062: There is no installment payment contract

  分割契約がないクレジットカードで分割決済（add_info4に設定）しようとしています。

• LO00500052: Credit card number authentication error. Please type in your Credit card number again

  クレジットカード番号が、フォーマットの桁数を満たしていません。
  ご確認ください。

• LO00500027: log information registration error

  決済時、完了時の情報をログとしてZ.com Paymentのデータベースへ登録失敗した際のエラーです。
  弊社サポート窓口へご連絡ください。
