Error code support

• PO03100005: It is not possible to actual sales transaction processing of the target because it is pre- charged

• PO01500019: Price designation error

  Pricing error.
  Please check again as item_price is in yen or an incorrect amount.

• PO01500009: Selected payment method is not supported by API

  payment method that is not available for API connection is specified.
  API is provided only for Credit card payment.
  This error occurs because the payment method that is not available in the API is selected.

• PO01500005: Designated language is invalid

  This error occurs when the language used (lang_id) is not set to "" en "" (English).
  Please check the settings.

• PO00100014: There is no payment method that can pay this amount

  There is no payment method that can pay the specified amount.

• PO00100004: Host information of Order information source is not registered

  Z.com This is an error caused by the Host Information (Order Information) order information and the originating host information not being set correctly in the System Information Change (Connection Setup) on the Payment by GMO management screen.
  Please refer to the CGI manual and set it up.
  If you are already registered, it may not be configured correctly.
  If there are no half-width spaces in the numeric part, or if you have registered multiple IP addresses, please double-check that they are separated by a comma correctly.

• PO00100003: You are not authorized to run this CGI

  Z.com This is an error caused by the Host Information (Order Information) order information and the originating host information not being set correctly in the System Information Change (Connection Setup) on the Payment by GMO management screen. Please refer to the CGI manual and set it up. If you are already registered, it may not be configured correctly. If there are no half-width spaces in the numeric part, or if you have registered multiple IP addresses, please double-check that they are separated by a comma correctly.

• PO00100001: Contract code format error

  This is an error that occurs because the contract code is not set when executing CGI.
  Make sure that contract_code is set correctly when sending the parameters.

• PB00500002: Order number is duplicated

  It is a duplicate of order_number for using mail link payment

• LO10200050: Designation of the parameters is invalid

  trans_code設定値の不正が考えられます。
  貴社システム側でtrans_codeの値をURLエンコード等実施して改変していないかご確認お願いいたします。

• LO10200034: Order number is already registered

  order_numberの重複がありました。
  order_numberは加盟店様にてユニークにしていただく必要があります。
  既存の受注に対して金額編集を行うにあたり、1度課金済みになった取引の金額変更は、キャンセルしたとしても同じorder_numberを使用することできません。

• LO10200007: Designation of the order number is invalid

  商品名の指定が異常です。
  商品名をご確認ください。

• LO05500006: You are not authorized to run this CGI

• LO05300010: Contract code search error

  正しい契約番号で、正しい接続先に接続しているかご確認ください。
  テスト環境にて本番環境の契約コードは使用できません。
  テスト用契約コードにて実施いただくようお願いいたします。
  また、本番環境にてAPI実施されている場合は、接続先をテスト環境にしていただくようお願いいたします。

• LO03600025: Parameter is invalid

  This error occurs because the CGI parameters are not in the format. Make sure that the parameters follow the format described in the specification. Also, please note that the arrival date (ship_date) must be specified the next day or later.

• LO02600066: Failed to identify the order number. Please check again.

  This is an error when the order information could not be identified.
  As parameters, you need a contract code (contract_code) and an order number (order_number), but use the order number from Z.com Payment by GMO.
  *It is not the order number of the local payment processing company company.

• LO02600008: Designation of the order number is invalid

  Error checking the format of the order_number. Please check the order_number.

• LO01800002: You can not use the member ID with this settlement

  This is an error related to member ID payment
  If you want to use member ID payment, please set process_code = 2.
  ・ Since Malaysia payment, please set process_code = 1.
  ・ In Singapore, Reddot Payment supports payment
  Make sure that the correct st_code is set.
  Reddot (set -1----- to st_code)

• LO01000059: This card is currently unavailable. Please try again with another card or payment method.

  This card is currently unavailable. Please payment with a different card or payment with another payment method.

• LO01000055: There is a suspicion of fraudulent transactions on NEWEB.

  The transaction was blocked because a blacklisted card in NEWEB was used.

• LO01000021: Communicating with the card company is timed out. Please try it again or use other payment methods.

  Timed out due to communication with the card company.
  Again at the time payment or perform, other payment method in the payment thank you.

• LO01000020: Settlement request error

  There is a communication problem.
  Please test again or contact our support if the error persists.

• LO01000013: NEWEB order information acquisition error.

  This error occurs when there is an error in the card information (e.g., the card number contains something other than numbers).
  The card information is not output to the log from the viewpoint of security, so we cannot confirm which part was incomplete.
  Therefore, we would like you to use the following test card.

• LO00500065: Time out error

• LO00500062: There is no installment payment contract

• LO00500052: Credit card number authentication error. Please type in your Credit card number again
