• Is there a deadline for processing actual sales from authorization?

  Taiwan
  contract Depending on the acquirer bank, you have 21 days to get the authorization actual sales done.
  Please contact support for processing cases that have exceeded the deadline as manual action is required.

  Thailand
  Please actual sales within 5 days of authorization.

  Singapore
  contract It depends on the bank (acquirer), but in general, it is necessary to do so within one week.

  Malaysia
  Since credit + sales are processed at the same time, there is no provisional actual operation. (Implementation until sales are finalized in one process)

• payment Is it possible to do some refund after completion?

• How long does it take for a buyer to refund a transaction after canceling a transaction on Credit card payment?

  Taiwan
  It depends on the issuing bank of the card, but it usually takes 1-2 weeks.
  In the case of a debit card, it may take more than 3 weeks.

  Thailand
  Depending on the issuing bank of the card, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month.
  If you cancel by 9 p.m. (Thailand time) on the same day that you are charged, you will be refund on the same day.

  Singapore
  Depending on the issuing bank of the card, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month.

  Malaysia
  Depending on the issuing bank of the card, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month.
  If the cancellation is completed by 5 p.m. on the same day that the charge is made, the buyer will not be charged.

• Can I cancel my payment?

  コンビニ決済やその他の決済手段についてはシステム上キャンセルを行えないため購入者へ銀行振り込みなどで直接ご返金をお願いいたしております。
