  • Please tell me if it is possible to suspend or cancel the contract.

    In case of suspension, written notice is required at least one month in advance.

  • When do I need to open a bank account? And by when do I need to prepare?

    Taiwan
    When remitting the sales amount, you will need a bank account opened by your local subsidiary.
    Please open a bank account before submitting the application form.

    Singapore
    You will need to open an account according to your payment currency.
    (SGD = SGD account, USD = USD account)
    It will be required before the production ID is issued, so please complete the procedure at the same time as the application for review.

    Malaysia
    If you designate a MYR account in Malaysia as your deposit account, you do not need to open a new account.

  • How long does it take to merchant screening?

  • What are the restrictions on the products handled by member stores?

    The screening criteria differ depending on the rules set by overseas payment processing company, so please contact us for details.
    As a general rule, we cannot handle adult goods, contents, gambling, illegal drugs, dating sites, and items that are offensive to public order and morals.

  • Can Japan contract Z.com Payment?

    We are sorry, but we cannot contract you if you are a Japan corporation.
    Z.com Payment is based on the premise of contract with customers who have a corporation in the country where the service is provided.
    (Example: If you plan to provide payment services in Taiwan, you need a Taiwanese subsidiary.) )
