  • Documents that can confirm the corporate number (notification of designation of corporate number or National Tax Agency Search results of the corporate number publication site

For individuals

  • 2 identification documents (with your current address) and 1 document that can confirm your My Number
【4】Judging

Based on the information in [2] and [3], Queen Bee Capital Co., Ltd., a partner company, will conduct an examination. Depending on the examination result, you may not be able to use the service.

[5] Account opening completed

We will send the transaction password to the transaction person's home by registered mail without forwarding.
Only after receiving this document will you be able to send money overseas.

    If you are a sole proprietor, it will be a personal account. If you are a sole proprietor or an individual, you will need two documents to verify your identity and one document to verify your My Number.

  • How much is the commission?

    2．関係銀行手数料（中継銀行・受取銀行へ支払う手数料）
    海外送金には「関係銀行手数料」がかかる場合があります。関係銀行手数料とは、着金の際に送金額から差し引かれる手数料で、本海外送金サービスの手数料ではありません。また、関係銀行側の都合により予告無しに変更される場合があり、同じ送金先でも毎回同じ手数料とは限りません。 正確な着金額をご希望の場合は、着金の際に関係銀行手数料が差し引かれないようにQueen Bee Capital株式会社の「着金額指定サービス」をご利用ください。

  • How long does it take to receive a payment?

    送金サービスにより異なります。

    【銀行送金】

    ・アメリカ以外の国へのUSD送金：原則1～2営業日後に着金します。
    ・上記以外の送金：原則24時間以内に着金します。

    【キャッシュピックアップ（現金受取）送金】

    最短30分後～数時間以内に受取可能になります。

    【宅配送金】

    1～3日でお届けします。

  • Can I send money to any country or region?

    基本的にはどこの国・地域にでも送ることができます。
    ただし、例外として外国為替及び外国貿易法に基づく「資金使途規制」および「貿易に関する支払規制」等や各国関連法規制遵守の観点から、送金先となる国・地域等が上記規制に該当しないかを確認させていただいており、上記規制に該当すると判断した場合は、送金制限をさせていただきます。またイラン、北朝鮮、スーダン、キューバ、シリア、ロシア、ベラルーシ、クリミア、ドネツク・ルハンスク（ウクライナ東部）への送金は受付けておりません。
