GMO Payment Service, Inc. (President & Chief Executive Officer: Katsunari Mukai hereinafter referred to as "GMO-PS"), a consolidated company of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "GMO-PG") of the GMO Internet Group, is one of the largest BtoB wholesale malls in Japan, operated by SynaBiz Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Shuichi Takenaga, hereinafter referred to as "SynaBiz"), a consolidated company of Oakfan Co., Ltd. We will provide Payment After Delivery service "GMO B2B Pay on Credit" for BtoB transactions.
In response to this, SynaBiz will add "GMO B2B Pay on Credit" to the new payment method of "NETSEA" from Sunday, July 4, 2021 as "NETSEA Kakebarai powered by GMO".

【Background and Summary】

In 2019, the BtoB EC market in Japan increased by 2.5% year-on-year to 352.9 trillion yen ^(*1). Under these circumstances, GMO-PS has been offering "GMO B2B Pay on Credit" since November 2020 with the aim of eliminating the burden of billing-related work and the risk of uncollected accounts receivable, which is common as a method of payment BtoB transactions.
On the other hand, SynaBiz operates NETSEA, one of the largest BtoB wholesale malls in Japan, and the number of suppliers such as manufacturers and wholesalers has increased to about 4,500 and the number of buyers from retailers has increased to about 430,000 ^(*2) as the market expands.
GMO-PS has decided to provide "GMO B2B Pay on Credit" in order to unify the multiple kake payment services that SynaBiz has provided so far and develop it as a service that utilizes its own brand name. From Sunday, July 4, 2021, SynaBiz will launch "GMO B2B Pay on Credit" as "NETSEA Kakebarai powered by GMO" NETSEA" payment method.
GMO-PS will continue to develop "GMO B2B Pay on Credit" to various businesses, including malls and wholesale platforms for BtoB transactions.

[About "GMO B2B Pay on Credit"]

"GMO B2B Pay on Credit" is a Payment After Delivery service for BtoB transactions provided by GMO-PS. Regardless of whether you are a corporation or sole proprietor, you can use it for all BtoB transactions, regardless of whether you are a corporation or sole proprietorship, regardless of whether you are a route sales partner who regularly uses it, or customers who use subscription-type services, regardless of whether you are a business partner ^(*3)。credit check ・ invoice GMO-PS takes care of tasks such as issuance, payment management, and reminders in the event of non-payment, so businesses can improve the efficiency of their billing operations. In addition, regardless of the payment status of the business partner, GMO-PS bears the risk of non-collection of payments, and accounts receivable of the transactions for one month will be deposited in advance on the prescribed date ^(*4).

Since it implements real-time credit check, it prevents withdrawal with smooth payment without waiting for business partners (buyer companies).

・ Early Payment Service	: payment of sales on the 5th business day of the following month earlier than the specified date
・ Individual invoice issuance service	: Issue individual invoice before the closing date, instead of issuing invoice one month's transactions
・ payment deadline extension service	: Extend the payment deadline of the business partner (buyer company) up to 6 months later
・ Frame-guaranteed transaction service	: Since the available limit is set between the business operator and its business partner (buyer company), the business partner (buyer company) can payment without worrying about the purchase amount of other business partners.
・ Collection agency service	: GMO-PS will take over the subsequent invoice issuance and payment management even for transactions that did not pass the credit check.
