(President & Chief Executive Officer: Issei Ainoura, hereinafter referred to as GMO-PG) will start offering "– Bank Transfer Instruction Option Combined with Electronic Payment Services GMO-PG Remittance Service" on Monday, February 2, 2026, in collaboration with GMO Aozora Net Bank, Ltd. (Chairman ＆ Chief Executive Officer: Takehito Kaneko, President & Chief Executive Officer: Satoru Mizumachi, hereinafter referred to as "GMO Aozora Net Bank").
A patent is currently pending for the mechanism related to this option.

【Background of the Provision】

Today, corporate remittance operations are diversifying, and routine remittances to individuals and businesses, such as e-commerce refund, crowdsourcing rewards, and cashback, have become essential.
However, since the Second Type Funds Transfer Service ^(*1) registered by GMO-PG is limited to 1 million yen or less per remittance under the Funds payment Act, businesses had to use different means and systems for remittances of "less than 1 million yen" and "more than 1 million yen". "– Bank Transfer Instruction Option Combined with Electronic Payment Services" is a type 2 GMO-PG Funds Transfer Service and electronic payment agency ^(*2) and GMO Aozora Net Bank 's API linkage to provide GMO-PG Remittance Service as an optional function. GMO-PG provides GMO-PG Remittance Service, an operation and management platform for remittance operations, as well as GMO Aozora Net Bank accounts ^(*3) opened by businesses and "GMO-PG Remittance Service API integration.
This allows businesses to efficiently manage remittance operations centrally and efficiently using the same interface, even if there are a mix of remittances of "less than 1 million yen" and "more than 1 million yen".
