Under these circumstances, the Kofu City Water Supply and Sewerage Bureau has also introduced credit card payment for water bills and sewerage usage fees, and GMO-PG's "Credit card payment Service for municipalities" has been adopted as a Credit card payment storage agency service for this credit card payment. We will start the operation from the meter reading in January 2012.

GMO-PG's "Credit card payment Service for municipalities" has been adopted by a number of regional municipalities, including the Japan Pension Service (formerly the Social Insurance Agency) and Tokyo and Osaka Prefectures, and each municipalities provides credit card payment services.
The "Credit card payment Service for municipalities" is provided in response to the requests of each municipalities, including an ASP service that can be introduced in a short period of time by centralizing the account update service that confirms the validity of credit cards, performs sales billing, and updates card information, as well as an online application function that supports the personal authentication service "3-D Secure Authentication" and a function that completes payment processing by e-mail.

In addition, GMO-PG is actively working on security measures so that all customers can use its services with peace of mind. In addition to achieving ISO/IEC27001:2005 certification (domestic standard JIS Q27001:2006), an international standard for information security management systems, all business establishments have been jointly formulated by five international credit card brands: JCB, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. It is fully compliant with PCI DSS, the global security standard for the credit industry.
