"Digital Restaurant byGMO" launches delivery integration with Uber Direct
~Supporting revenue improvement and expansion of sales channels through delivery reception on our own order page~

GMO Internet Group's GMO Financial Gate, Inc. ^(*1) (President & Chief Executive Officer: Kentaro Sugiyama, hereinafter referred to as "GMO-FG") will start integrating with Uber Direct in mid-May 2026 for its operation support and mobile ordering service "Digital Restaurant byGMO" for restaurants.
This allows restaurants to accept delivery orders from their ordering page and use Uber Eats' delivery network to deliver products. In addition, by accepting orders through our own channels, we can significantly reduce fees, which can also improve the revenue performance of restaurants.

【Background】

In the business environment surrounding restaurants, the need for digitalization of entire store operations, including order acceptance, accounting, cooking instructions, and delivery, is increasing against the backdrop of rising raw material and labor costs, as well as chronic labor shortages.
As a service to address these issues, "Digital Restaurant byGMO" has been helping to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through mobile ordering, takeout/delivery reception, and POS integration.

Through this collaboration, stores that are already using the delivery platform will no longer need promotional costs by switching to in-house channel sales, and will be able to reduce fees only on service usage fees, making it easier for restaurants to improve revenue and optimize sales prices. In addition, stores that have been struggling to secure a delivery system will be able to accept delivery orders from their own order page.
