History

1995

March: Established Card Call Service Co., Ltd. in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo with a capital of 60 million yen for the purpose of Credit card payment processing business.

2000

March: Integran Co., Ltd. acquires the Company's shares and becomes the Company's parent company.

September: MTI Corporation acquires the Company's shares from Integran Co., Ltd. and becomes the parent company of the Company.

November: Changed the company name to "Card Commerce Service Co., Ltd."

2004

July: MTI Corporation establishes CCS Holding Co., Ltd. as a holding company for the purpose of owning the Company's shares.

September: Global Media Online Co., Ltd. (currently GMO Internet Group, Inc.) acquired CCS Holding Co., Ltd. from MTI Co., Ltd. through a stock exchange, and acquired the operation of the Credit card payment business from Asunal Co., Ltd., the parent company of the Company.

November: Acquired all operations of the Credit card payment business from Payment One Co., Ltd.

2005

January: Global Media Online Co., Ltd. (currently GMO Internet Group Co., Ltd.) absorbed CCS Holding Co., Ltd.

February: Change the company name to "GMO Payment Gateway, Inc."

1995

March: Established Card Call Service, Inc., a company providing credit card payment processing service, with a capital of ¥60 Mil. in Shibuya, Tokyo.

2000

March: Integran Corp. becomes the parent company by acquiring the shares of Card Call Service, Inc.

September: MTI Corp. acquires shares of Card Call Service, Inc. from Integran Corp. and becomes our parent company.

November: The Company changes its name to Card Commerce Service, Inc.

2004

July: MTI Corp. establishes CCS Holding Co. and transfers the shares of Card Call Service, Inc., to CCS Holding Co.

June: The Company enters into a capital and business alliance with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and our parent company GMO Internet, Inc. (now GMO Internet Group, Inc.). Capital stock reaches ¥4.71bn by conducting third party allotment to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and GMO Internet, Inc. (now GMO Internet Group, Inc.).
