【Background】

The "Great Place to Work" survey conducted by GPTW Japan is an awareness survey of employees working for entry companies conducted in about 60 countries around the world. In this survey, "Great Place to Work" is defined as "a company where there is 'trust' between management and employees and the abilities of each individual (For All)", and companies whose survey results exceed a certain level are " for one year. Great Place to Work Certification."
GMO-PG was selected as a "Great Place to Work Certification" in the July 2022 presentation. This will be the eighth consecutive Great Place to Work Certification election. GMO-PG has set a management indicator of "25% sales profit growth based on the concept of "People Determine the Company." and for the medium- to long-term sustainable development of the future, we are creating an organization that can share the future vision, attitude, and actions of the business and company among all partners and move forward together. We believe that the proactive continuation of these initiatives has led to the improvement of job satisfaction for each partner, and has led to the selection of "Great Place to Work Certification" for the eighth consecutive time.

GMO-PG has set "Continuation of 25% operating profit growth" as a management index, and has achieved 16 consecutive years of increased sales, profits, and dividends since its listing in 2005.
