The "Great Place to Work" survey conducted by GPTW Japan is an awareness survey of employees working at entry companies conducted in approximately 60 countries around the world. In this survey, "Great Place to Work" is defined as "a company that has 'trust' between management and employees and makes the most of each person's abilities (For All)" and defines companies whose survey results exceed a certain level for one year as " Great Place to Work Certification."
GMO-PG was selected as the "Great Place to Work Certification" in the announcement for July 2022. This is the eighth consecutive Great Place to Work Certification election for GMO-PG.
