enpay Inc. (President & Chief Executive Officer: Junichi Moriwaki, hereinafter referred to as "enpay"), which provides the FinTech ×SaaS platform "enpay" that realizes cashless and DX in payment collection operations, has become a consolidated company of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (President & Chief Executive Officer: Issei Ainoura hereinafter referred to as "GMO-PG") as of January 8, 2025 (Wednesday).
Going forward, we will continue to create new customer value and accelerate business growth by expanding our strong business synergies with GMO-PG, and we will work together as a company to advance to a new stage.

[Background of joining GMO Payment Gateway]

enpay has continued to grow since its founding in November 2018, with its main services being "enpay" and "koufuri+," which are collection support services specializing in the childcare and education industries. With the mission of delivering "gentle fintech" to society, we have invented cashless DX services in the childcare and education industry, and have worked hard to spread them so that society can feel new value. Thanks to the support of many customers and users, the number of facilities that have introduced the system has exceeded 2,400 (* ^1), mainly nursery schools, children's centers, kindergartens, and after-school facilities nationwide, and the introduction of the system is progressing in municipalities cities such as Okayama City and Kumamoto City. The total amount of service distribution has exceeded 23 billion yen since its release ^(*1).​
In order to sublimate cashless and DX services specialized in the childcare and education industries into more robust and high-quality services and deliver them to society in a sustainable manner, we have joined GMO-PG, with which we formed a business alliance in 2020 and a capital alliance in 2023. By combining GMO-PG's payment services with the customer base and knowledge of the enpay childcare and education industries, we aim to provide sustainable, stable, and progressive services, further improve customer convenience and satisfaction, and contribute to the development of society through the provision of safe and secure finance services.
In addition, there will be no impact on customers using each service in this case.
