(Thursday) August 23, 2018, GMO Epsilon, Inc., a consolidated company of the Company, acquired shares issued by the Company from Medical Reservation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Naoyuki Kumano), which provides the medical appointment management system "Medical Revolution" and other services.
In addition, we would like to inform you that as of today, August 27, 2018, (Monday) of the company's trade name has been changed to "GMO Medical Reservations Technology Co., Ltd.".
