Q. What are the benefits offered by shareholders?

We will grant Bitcoin equivalent to 0.03% of the purchase price of the Company's shares at GMO Click Securities × GMO Coin Co., Ltd. (up to 10,000 yen) to the crypto assets trading account of GMO Coin Co., Ltd.

Q. How can I receive shareholder benefits?

Applications will be accepted from October 1, 2026 (Thursday).

Q. When is the shareholder benefit applicable to shareholders?

Shareholders who have been listed or recorded in the shareholder register with the same shareholder number for one or more units consecutively or in the shareholder register six months before the record date (the end of March and the end of September) are eligible for preferential treatment.
*We check the status of stock holdings on any day other than the record date.
*Holding must be held from the last 6 months before the vesting date

Q. Can shareholder benefits be transferred?

This benefit is only applicable to the use of the shareholder himself/herself, so it cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Although there are people who apply in the name of another person through Internet auctions, etc., we cannot be held responsible for any troubles caused by the use of other than shareholders, so please be careful when handling it.

Q. I am a shareholder of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (3769) in my family. Can I apply family benefits to one person at once?

Family benefits cannot be applied to one person at once. Please note.

Q. Can shareholders in the name of corporations use shareholder benefits?

Yes, you can use the discount even if you are a corporation.
In this case, please note that the name of the shareholder must match the name of the GMO Click Securities account and the GMO Coin assets account.

Example: Shareholder name is a corporation name / Account name is a corporation name = 〇
If the shareholder name is an individual and the account name is a corporation = ×

If the shares are held in the name of a corporation

Q. A shareholder (relative) has passed away. I haven't received dividend from my family shareholders. How do I get my dividend?

To receive dividend, you will need to inherit the shares.
Before proceeding, you will need to check the status of your family's inheritance procedures and receipt of dividend, and the types of documents required will vary depending on your situation.

About the flow from application to grant

Q. How long is the period eligible for Bitcoin grants?: The target period for shareholder benefits (Bitcoin grants) is from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
If you apply for preferential treatment in the middle of the period and it is applied, the amount of application will be calculated from the transaction of Click Securities eligible for Bitcoin grants from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 retroactively.
*Applications will start on October 1, 2026. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. When will I be granted Bitcoin?: (Vested shareholders as of the end of March 2026)
The preferential application period is from October 1, 2026 ~ March 31, 2027. The grant is scheduled for May 2027.
If the information entered when applying for shareholder benefits does not match the account information registered with GMO Click Securities and GMO Coin, you will not be eligible for granting and your application will be canceled.
If your application is canceled, our Shareholder Benefits Office will send an email requesting a reapplication to the e-mail address of the target shareholder.
We will not be able to accept re-applications after the application period for shareholder benefits, so please be sure to apply within the application period.
Q. What should I enter in my GMO Click Securities user ID?: Please note that the user ID of GMO Click Securities is different from the login name.
The user ID can be found in the "Account Opening Procedure Completion Information" or "Account Information Information" email mailed by GMO Click Securities. If you are unsure, please see here.

Q. Where will Bitcoin be granted?: We will grant the shareholder's GMO Coin crypto assets to their trading account.
Q. If I cancel my GMO Click Securities/GMO Coin account after applying for shareholder benefits, will I receive Bitcoin?: Since the account to which it is granted has been canceled, the application for shareholder benefits will be invalid and Bitcoin will not be granted.
Q. If I purchase shares of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (3769) at a securities company other than GMO Click Securities, am I eligible for Bitcoin grants?: If you purchased shares of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (3769) at a brokerage company other than GMO Click Securities, you are not eligible for the Bitcoin grant.
Q. I am a family of four and a shareholder. Can I combine my family of 4 bitcoins into one GMO coin account?: I can't. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare a GMO coin account for each family member and apply for preferential treatment.
