(hereinafter referred to as "GMO-PG"), is a SaaS type provided by SAPSIn July 2010, we have decided to add WebMoney, an electronic money provided by WebMoney Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & Chief Executive Officer: Akio Furuya, JASDAQ NEO: Securities Code: 2167, hereinafter referred to as "WebMoney") to the "Social App payment method payment Service" and start offering it from July 2010.

In order to ensure the sound development of the expanding social app market, SAPS will work with WebMoney to develop WebMoney, which is highly secure and ideal for app development, through the provision of the "Social App payment Service" to app developers.

Social apps are applications such as games and tools that run on social networking services (SNS) and are based on communities and take advantage of user connections and interactions, and the market size in Western Europe is estimated to be more than 100 billion yen. Even in Japan, the number of users has increased rapidly despite the fact that it only started in earnest last year, and the market size is expanding. Recently, with the expansion of the market, paid social apps have begun to spread, and it has become essential to secure a payment method that can be used conveniently and with peace of mind.

Against this backdrop, SAPS, which specializes in social apps payment in the strategic planning subsidiary of GMO-PG, a leading company in the payment industry, has launched "WebMoney" as a new payment method of "social app payment services" provided by WebMoney, a leading server-based e-money company. We have decided to start the service from July.

As a result, app developers can easily introduce "WebMoney" in addition to credit card payment method in a short period of about two weeks by simply introducing the "Social App payment Service". In addition, in order to contribute to the sound development of the social application market, which will continue to expand in the future, we have set the optimal standards for the usage fees and screening criteria of "WebMoney", so that app developers and app users can use it with a sense of security.

SAPS will work with WebMoney to develop WebMoney in the social app market, with the aim of providing the Social App payment Service to approximately 100 companies in one year.
