Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
GMO Epsilon, Inc.
Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (Masahiko Kato, hereinafter referred to as "Mizuho Bank") and GMO Epsilon, Inc. (President & Chief Executive Officer: Tomoyuki Murakami, hereinafter referred to as "GMO Epsilon") have announced the establishment of the company-to-business payment platform "M's PayBridge" (*1)(*2). We have implemented enhancements that significantly improve the service level. This makes the payment and business processes in business-to-business transactions more seamless, providing new value and convenience for both billing and paying companies.
"M's PayBridge" is a platform that allows you to centrally manage billing, fund collection, and payment operations by utilizing GMO Epsilon's online infrastructure of payments" fincode byGMO". By improving the service level through the development of "fincode byGMO", we will meet the diversifying payment needs of customers and the needs of operational efficiency. We have prepared the specifications to be more flexible and accurate.
1.「 M's PayBridge Service Level Upgrade (Overview and Image)
In addition to adding new functions on the "payer" side, "billing side" has added "business cards" and "Account transfer" to existing services, and the "billing management function" has been upgraded.

2. Specific details of service level improvement
- (1) For billing companies (companies that collect sales)
- (1) Addition of business card (sales-linked type) function
When a need for funds arises, you can apply for the use of a business card (virtual card) based on the sales amount you plan to deposit on "M's PayBridge", and the usage quota based on the sales amount at that time is set each time and can be allocated to payment. This allows you to raise the necessary funds even before the sales are deposited, which helps improve the company's cash flow. - (2) Account transfer Added functions
This function allows you to automatically debit from your business partner account (other bank accounts are also supported) on the due date based on billing data. This automates the payment of recurring transactions and prevents payment misses by business partners and manual reconciliation errors on the part of the billing company. By automating and saving labor in collection operations, the work burden is also greatly reduced. - (3) Expansion of billing management functions
This feature centralizes billing and payment data and provides real-time visualization of history and status. This eliminates payment status checks and management errors, contributing to operational efficiency and preventing information from being missed.
