【Background and Summary】

Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry aims to achieve a cashless payment ratio of 80% in the future and an interim target of 65% by 2030, and is working to promote cashless payment in cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies. As a result, the cashless payment ratio has been steadily rising, reaching 58.0% in 2025 (*3).
On the other hand, there are still cases where billing and collection operations are still based on paper or manual work, and reducing the burden on on-site staff is an issue.
Against the backdrop of these issues, RICOH LEASING has positioned the BPO (*4) field as one of its "priority areas" and has developed a collection agency service called "Collect!" (Account transfer and CVS Payment services) to support the efficiency of billing and collection operations. Since the launch of the service in February 1984, it has been introduced by more than 20,000 customers (*5) in a wide variety of industries, including medical care, nursing care and welfare, education, and real estate. Furthermore, from July 2024, we have been developing a "School Collect" specializing in school collection operations with the aim of solving problems in private accounting collection operations at school sites.
In addition, since its founding in 2018, GMO Enpay has been promoting cashless and DX in its collection operations based on "enpay by GMO," which provides integrated services from billing to payment and payment management, mainly in the childcare and education industries. AI analyzes and converts Excel billing data and provides functions to streamline bill registration, and is advancing the sophistication of services in line with on-site operations.
We have agreed to bring together the Actual and strengths of both companies and jointly promote cashless cash collection operations. This led to the joint development of a collection agency solution for RICOH LEASING 's new multipayment payment.

[ About RICOH LEASING COMPANY, LTD.

RICOH LEASING was founded in 1976 as a leasing company to support the sales of Ricoh products. Under the management principles "We will be a bridge to a prosperous future with our unique finance and services," we have contributed to lowering the hurdles of financing associated with the introduction of equipment for SME, which accounts for the majority of our transactions, through leases, installments, and loans. We continue to expand our business areas by utilizing the knowledge and know-how we have gained in the process to develop new businesses and services within our company. In all corporate activities, we aim to solve social issues not only in finance but also in the development of new services by using the common judgment axis of each employee whether or not it will be a "bridge" that leads to a "prosperous future" set forth in the management principles.

[ About GMO Enpay, Inc.]

Under the mission of "Making Fintech Friendly," GMO Enpay provides a FinTech-× SaaS platform that realizes cashless and DX for collection operations specialized in the childcare and education industries.
In the childcare and education industry, cash collection has traditionally been the mainstream, and there is little computer use, so there are still many cash exchanges. Before and after collecting money, a wide range of administrative work occurs on the facility side, such as disseminating the amount, issuing receipts, and reminding parents who have not paid, and parents also have to prepare cash. To address these challenges, GMO Enpay provides a one-stop solution from billing to payment and payment management while incorporating the needs of the digital age, such as chat apps.
The business models of our flagship services, "enpay by GMO" and "koufuri+ by GMO", have obtained multiple patent rights. In addition, we develop and provide user screens with excellent UI/UX that reduce the physical and psychological burden on both facilities and parents.
Since its founding in November 2018, the company has continued to grow, and the number of facilities introduced has exceeded 3,200 (*6), mainly at nursery schools, children's kindergartens, kindergartens, and schoolchildren's facilities nationwide, and has been introduced to many municipalities.
