Under IVR payment service, payment procedure is performed through IVR (interactive voice response) at the time of order taking operation at call center so the agent does not contact credit card data.
This enables a non-retaining of credit card data in order taking by calls.
*IVR payment service is an option service of our credit card payment service.

IVR payment service flow

An end user inputs credit card information after a call center agent transfers the call to IVR system.

Data flow of the token payment
  1. Call handling
    Upon receiving a call, an agent confirms order details and payment method
  2. Enter payment data and transfer to IVR system
    The agent inputs order detail into a platform system linked by API or into IVR administration page
    The agent transfers the call to IVR system
  3. Card data entry
    Push-entry of card number, expiration date and security code
  1. Run a card settlement
    Run authorization and card registration
  2. Return the result of card payment
  3. Return the result of card payment
    (The agent checks the result)

Major functionalities of IVR payment service

Back to operator (standard)

An agent can talk to an end user again after the IVR card payment completion to end the conversation. This allows the operator to provide necessary follow-up services after payment.

API transfer (standard)

Our API transfer functionality enables an automatic transfer of order data on order taking system and payment data on IVR payment.

Flow up to service installation

The service is available approximately four weeks after the application.

The delivery timing depends on the timing of receiving application forms and credit card examination passage

Notes about IVR payment service

1. Terms of use

You need to have signed up for credit card payment service under PG Multi-Payment Service and to have passed the production screening for the IVR payment service

2. Delivery timing and billing

Production release is the 1st day and the 15th day of each month.
You are subject to our monthly flat-rate fee from the production release day. (billing done by month only, no pro rata)

3. Lines (maximum number of calls taken simultaneously)

Environment configuration will be performed under the condition that our credit card payment service has been used or that you have passed our screening for the start of our credit card payment service
