The buyer can make a payment by using their ID and password, once they open their PayPal account and register their credit card and/or bank account. Since PayPal acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller, ensuring security for the buyer during a transaction by not disclosing the credit card and/or bank account details, while making it easier for the seller to manage the transaction information.

*Details of PayPal commission rates are as follows.
Money that remains after deduction of the transaction fee by PayPal, is debited directly to your PayPal account every time the payment is made. In order to withdraw deposit to your registered bank account, you need to conduct the procedure via “My account” of the administration screen managed by PayPal. It costs ¥250 per transaction, if the withdrawal amount is less than ¥50,000.
Just in case the processed payment was cancelled, you can perform the refund procedure via the administration screen managed by GMO Payment Gateway. By using this function, you can conduct a refund (remittance) between PayPal accounts, and transfer the refund directly to your customers' PayPal account.
*The refund procedure is possible only within 50 days after the payment was made.
In case of the fraudulent transaction, PayPal may conduct the investigation of the incident and charge you ¥1,300.
If you don't have enough money on the account, you will have to pay with the credit card.
