【GMO-PG's Talent Development and Employee Benefits】
GMO-PG conducts unique human resource development and welfare programs so that each and every one of our partners can continue to strive to improve themselves with a high level of pride and self-awareness based on the concept of "President-Oriented."
1) Various human resource development measures, such as president's study sessions, management training, and business skills enhancement training
GMO-PG holds study sessions for new graduates and mid-career hires to share what is important as a partner of GMO-PG, business strategies, and knowledge that they should know as a business person. In addition, executives and others serve as instructors to provide education on corporate culture, business knowledge, and specialized knowledge, as well as regular in-house study sessions on new services and businesses. Even during the Corona disaster, these various study sessions are still held in a hybrid Buri format that combines online and offline.
In addition, we have further strengthened education to further improve our partners' awareness of security and compliance in the telecommuting system, and in response to our partners' requests to "Thailand increase learning opportunities" and "Thailand enhance their knowledge and skills," we have introduced management training for new managers and business skill enhancement training for young employees. We are developing a variety of human resource development measures.
2) A system that allows employees to decide their own careers
As a company, we respect and support each partner in deciding their own career and growth, and we have established a system to support them. For example, once a year, we have introduced a "career design system" that allows employees to request a transfer of assignment or job rotation as necessary, based on their own growth vision, Thailand Thailand work content and skills they have acquired. As a company, we take the career that each individual envisions seriously, and there are many examples of people who have been transferred to departments and teams where they can actually achieve what they want to do in Thailand. In addition, for new graduate recruitment, we have introduced a "year-round potential recruitment" that allows employees who do not graduate in March to choose when they join the company from April or October, and we also allow employees to choose their own assignment after experiencing work in each department of the company during the training period so that they can work with a high level of motivation. Through this system, we have built a system that raises awareness of "creating one's own career" and allows growth.
3) Creating a comfortable working environment, including welfare facilities
In January 2020, we were among the first to start a full-scale work-from-home system to protect the safety of our partners during the pandemic. It also guides you through working remotely, including how to compensate for the Dilution communication that tends to be in a home environment and how to avoid stress when working from home. In addition, we use the internal web portal to send out video messages from the president, introduce new partners, share presidents' awards, and hold quarterly company-wide meetings online to foster a sense of unity.
In terms of welfare, in addition to facilities such as a communication space operated by the GMO Internet Group that can be used 24 hours a day and provides free meals and drinks, an in-house daycare center, an in-house massage facility, and a nap space (nap space), cleaning arrangements, reservations for farewell parties, and farewell parties, We also have a concierge service where you can ask for gifts on your behalf, so we have a system in place that allows our partners to concentrate more on their work.
4) A unique system based on GMO-PG's corporate culture of "gratitude"
In order to Thailand to cherish the "spirit of gratitude" that is also part of GMO-PG's corporate culture, in terms of salaries and allowances, in addition to general allowances, we are implementing unique measures such as the payment of "filial piety allowance" as a salary allowance and the provision of "life plan allowance" designed to be one of the opportunities for partners to plan their lives.
In addition, we have introduced "maternity leave" and "childcare leave" as childbirth and childcare support so that colleagues who are giving birth or raising children can work with peace of mind, as well as "spouse maternity leave" and "family support system (fertility support)."
