Approximately 23,000 e-commerce businesses using "Epsilon" will be able to easily request various tasks from the approximately 210,000 creators registered with "Lancers" to perform various tasks, from full-scale construction of online shops to small-scale repairs, design production, and online shop operation agency.

In recent years, it has become relatively easy for many SME and sole proprietors to enter the e-commerce market. However, since the operation of an online shop involves a wide range of specialized tasks, from daily work such as "shipping products," "responding to inquiries," and "creating e-mail newsletters" to production-related work such as "site design" and "creation and processing of logos and images," there are cases where the acquisition of these skills and operating costs are a heavy burden on e-commerce businesses.

GMO Epsilon has received consultations from customers of e-commerce businesses who have introduced the online payment processing services "Epsilon" about operations in the operation of online stores, and we have been thinking about whether we can make proposals to improve the efficiency of such workloads without incurring costs in order to further revitalize the e-commerce business.
