Epsilon Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President & Chief Executive Officer: Yusuke Arai, hereinafter referred to as "Epsilon"), a consolidated company of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. in the GMO Internet Group, will change its name to "GMO Epsilon, Inc." on Monday, June 17, 2013.

[Reason for the change of company name]

With the expansion of the e-commerce market, it has become relatively easy for SME to enter e-commerce, and Epsilon has been very well received by many merchants because it provides various payment method and delivery services such as Credit card payment, cash on delivery, payment, and CVS Payment at low prices for e-commerce businesses.
Epsilon has decided to change its name to "GMO Epsilon, Inc." in order to contribute to society more widely by demonstrating the synergistic effect of collaboration within the GMO Internet Group and improving the credibility of its merchants in the e-commerce market, which will continue to expand in the future.
With the addition of GMOs to our company name, we will continue to provide safe and convenient services to more e-commerce businesses and contribute to the development of the domestic e-commerce market.
