~Exploring the Future of B2B Trading Through Agency Commerce and Embedded Finance~

GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (hereafter, GMO-PG), together with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (hereafter, Mizuho Bank) and New Commerce Ventures Co., Ltd. (hereafter, NCV), will host the event "New Commerce Pitch ~B2B Night~," introducing new trends and case studies that are transforming B2B transactions, including B2B commerce and B2B payment.

NCV regularly holds the invitation-only pitch event "New Commerce Pitch," aimed at bringing together startups and business companies in the commerce and retail sectors to meet and create collaboration. To date, more than 300 major companies have participated, resulting in more than 1,800 matching cases between startups and business companies.
This edition of "New Commerce Pitch ~B2B Night~" is a special edition specializing in B2B transactions. Mizuho Bank, which leverages open innovation to advance cutting-edge initiatives, will collaborate with GMO-PG to expand the content and hold the event.
Using themes such as agency commerce, expected to be transformed by AI, and embedded finance integrating finance functions into SaaS, we will introduce how B2B transactions—including order placement, billing, payment, crediting, deposit management, cash flow, and procurement/procurement—will change going forward.
Additionally, Director Executive Vice President Kazunari Taguchi from GMO Epsilon, Inc., a consolidated company of GMO-PG, will take the stage. Under the theme "Co-creation Strategies Supporting the Evolution of B2B payment," together with Takanobu Fujita of Mizuho Bank, we will introduce examples of each company's initiatives and discuss the current and future possibilities of the B2B fintech sector.
