ISO 27001 certification has been acquired for all business locations at GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.

ISO27001

We have acquired certification for all business locations for the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Japanese standard JIS Q 27001:2014) that is the certification standard for third-party certified ISMS (information security management system) and serves as the global standard for information security management.

※An information security management system consists of technology measures in information management as well as the standards for the conformance assessment system required for system operations after conducting security level settings, plan formulation, and resource allocation as required based on a self-assessment of risks as a form of organizational management.

The Company views its mission as the development of environments that can be used securely by customers as a payment processing service infrastructure company, and its objectives include not only internal education efforts aimed at preventing information leaks, but also contributing to the spread and increased knowledge of information management in society.
